Sober Saturdays started as a group text in 2024 between six friends who wanted to do something on a Saturday morning that didn't involve mimosas. It grew. Then it kept growing. Today we're a global community of more than 12,000 people who believe social life can be vivid, weird, fun, and completely alcohol-free.
We're not a recovery program. We're not an anti-anything movement. We're just a place to find a sunrise run, a Sunday potluck, or a vinyl night near you — and the people who'll be there.
